What the App does

This app produces your weekly timesheet.

Once you click the Sign and Submit button, an email will be sent to you. Your timesheet will be attached to the email as a Word document.

How to Use the App

• Personal Information: Enter your details. These will be automatically saved on your device for next week so you don't have to re-type them.
• Shifts: Select the correct code from the dropdown (e.g. Hours worked, Travel Time) and enter your hours.
• Multiple Entries: You can click "+ Add entry" under any shift to record multiple codes for a single shift (e.g., 4 hours worked + 1 hour travel time).
• Submission: Once complete, click "Sign & Submit" to automatically generate and email the timesheet to yourself.
• Check and forward: Open the email, your timesheet will be attached. Check it for accuracy then forward it to your payroll department.

How to Install the App (PWA)

This app can be installed directly to your phone's home screen for quick access, making it look and feel like a native app without the browser URL bar.

• iOS (Safari): Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen, scroll down, and select "Add to Home Screen".
• Android (Chrome): Tap the three-dot menu at the top right and select "Install app" or "Add to Home screen".

Data Protection

This application respects your privacy and does not store personal data on external servers. Your personal information (Name, Address, Payroll Number, Team, and Email) is saved securely and locally on your own device. When you submit a timesheet, the data is processed temporarily to generate the email and is not retained or tracked by our systems.
